Vacuum your chair as needed.

For additional cleaning, use a solution of lukewarm water and mild detergent (about 10%). Gently apply in a circular motion, then rinse with warm water and dry with a soft cloth.

Efficient and pleasant assembly process requires only few screws to assemble the backrest and castors. It takes no longer than 10 minutes.

  • Upon receiving your product, please inspect it carefully to ensure everything is in good condition. Be sure to keep the original packaging for 14 days in case you need to return it.

Amazing chair, small annoyances

Overall i am loving the fern chair, the lumbar support is too strong in my opinion, if it wasn't such a hassle to return it, i would get a version without it.
The only other problem i had with the whole buying experience, is that obtaining an invoice with a tax id/VAT number, is near impossible, i have sent emails, i got in touch with customer service via phone, but i still don't have an invoice with a tax id/VAT number......

Not worth the price but it’s an okay chair the back is alright with the flexibility but the lumbar is way too soft. The seat is a bit too hard and already going out of shape. Seat isn’t deep enough if you extend the seat out if you are tall there is a huge gap between the seat and back. Armrests move a bit too easy but isn’t that bad but they have started to wobble slightly so I suspect this will worsen with time. Overall a good chair but not so good for the price.

Overall good chair

The chair is high quality and comfortable, definite improvement over my last and worth the price. The lumbar support is a good addition. It does lack an overall finish, e.g. there are lots of sharp plastic edges from the molds, which was a shame but I would still say it's worth it.
